These Terms of Service govern the use of MidronePro SEO Intelligence, an SEO analysis and content intelligence application operated for MidronePro.

MidronePro SEO Intelligence provides tools for SEO analysis, keyword research, content opportunity identification, search performance analysis, and AI-assisted content planning and generation.
The application may connect to third-party services such as Shopify and Google Search Console. Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
Users are responsible for authorizing only the accounts and properties they are permitted to access. Users must have appropriate authorization to connect any Shopify store, Google Search Console property, or other third-party service.
The application may use artificial intelligence to generate SEO recommendations, article briefs, and content. AI-generated information should be reviewed by the user before publication. The application does not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
SEO metrics, search performance information, keyword information, and other data obtained from third-party services may change over time. MidronePro SEO Intelligence does not guarantee the accuracy or uninterrupted availability of third-party data.
Users agree not to misuse the application, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable laws or third-party service policies.
The application, its software, design, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content and data they provide, subject to the rights required to operate the connected services.
The application is provided on an availability basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue functionality when necessary for maintenance, security, development, or other operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MidronePro SEO Intelligence shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the application or reliance on AI-generated recommendations or third-party data.
